Try before you buy
EQTrace is available as a free download with a trial period, so you can run it in your own Q-SYS design before purchasing a license. We strongly recommend testing it in your system first — it's the best way to confirm it does what you need.
14-day refund
If EQTrace doesn't work as described, email info@mindlesstech.co within 14 days of your purchase with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll work with you to fix it. If we can't get it working, we'll refund your license in full.
What isn't covered
Because license codes can't be taken back once delivered, we don't refund:

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase

Problems caused by hardware, software or network configuration outside EQTrace

Requests where we weren't given a chance to help resolve the issue
How refunds work
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. A refunded license code is void and may no longer be used.

Email us. If you purchased in error, we'll sort it out.
