1. Who we are

These terms cover software sold by Mindless Tech Co ("we", "us") through mindlesstech.co. Contact: info@mindlesstech.co

2. Your license

When you buy a license code, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software in your Q-SYS designs. The software is licensed, not sold; we retain ownership of it.

A license code is issued to the purchaser for their own use. If you need additional licenses, contact us.

3. What you may not do

  • Share, publish, resell or sublicense your license code

  • Redistribute the software as your own product

  • Attempt to circumvent, disable or reverse-engineer the licensing mechanism

We may void a license code that has been shared publicly or used in breach of these terms.

4. Trial version

The software may be downloaded and used on a trial basis before purchase. Trial functionality may be limited or time-limited, and may change between releases.

5. Support and updates

We provide support by email at info@mindlesstech.co and aim to respond promptly, though we don't guarantee response times. We may release updates from time to time, but we're not obliged to provide updates, new features or compatibility with future Q-SYS releases.

6. No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for testing it in your own system before deploying it — which is what the trial is for.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from use of the software. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

9. Trademarks

Q-SYS is a trademark of QSC, LLC. Mindless Tech Co is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by QSC, LLC. Our products are designed to work with the Q-SYS platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
